I wrote my first article on the Lullabot Blog! It’s on Constructive Criticism. I find that this trend to publicly shame people about the work they’re doing is wrong and isn’t the way to make the web a better place.
There’s no need to sacrifice happiness for success. We believe that happiness, fun, and general silliness bring with them an energy which fuels creativity and innovation, creates a more open and communicative workplace, and makes for a more productive, more dedicated team. It’s also just more fun.
I take a quick look at what it takes to setup a plugin called podPress that makes podcasting so easy on Wordpress. We go through setting up an RSS feed, running it through Feedburner and submitting to the iTunes store.
Just finished reading Designing for Emotion. It’s a great book that has completely changed the way that I look at design. It’ll change the way you approach new projects.
Every once in a while, I get asked for app recommendations. I love giving these type of recommendations and if you follow me on twitter, you’ll notice that I often ask for them too. Finding and using new apps is fun for me and I’m always looking for better and simpler ways of doing things.
